Delivery on Standard Products 

Our Kiwi Office Next Business Day Promise applies in most areas in the upper North Island on all standard stocked products for orders placed before 3pm. Some rural areas and the South Island will have between 2-5 days delivery time frame depending on the courier network.  

Free delivery for orders over $50 ex gst within New Zealand.  Some exceptions apply eg over-sized items, custom-made

Delivery on Over-sized Items

There may be an additional charge as applicable from the Supplier.  Furniture, custom-made and certain equipment will have freight quoted as required.

Direct from Supplier Products (Drop-ships)

If your order contains ‘direct from supplier products’ you may receive more than one delivery.  Additional freight charges may apply on furniture, custom-made and certain equipment will have freight quoted as required.

Delivery of Dangerous Products

If you order contains dangerous products, it should take 1-3 business days, although delivery time may be longer for some products.  Our primary courier carrier is New Zealand Couriers (Freightways Limited). The policies of Kiwi Office and conditions of acceptance will be the same as those of New Zealand Couriers.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Kiwi Office on 0800 KIWIOFFICE or (09) 847 9015 within 24 hours of delivery.  Alternatively, click the link www.kiwioffice.co.nz/damagedgoods.

Kiwi Office will arrange for the items to be sent again to you.  We will also organise for the courier to collect the parcel for investigation and then a claim for the damage can be issued.

Taking photos can greatly help us to identify if it was a packing issue at our warehouse or a damaged in transit issue with our courier network. Either way, we would really appreciate the feedback to help us get better and avoid anything like this happening in the again.

Damaged Goods in Manufacturers Box

If the Kiwi Office shipping box is in perfect shape but the product is damaged inside the manufactures box, it could have gone through our system and been difficult to detect. Please follow the same process of taking photos as best you can and keeping all the packing as you received it. This will help us greatly when we are working with the manufacturer.
