To log-in go to www.kiwioffice.co.nz and enter your login details. If you are having difficulties please call our customer services team on 0800 KIWIOFFICE or (09) 847 9015. Alternatively you can email us at email@example.com.
· Find the product you want by typing in the description in the search box at the top of the screen or searching via the side menu.
· Once you have found the product, you can see if it is available.
· Select the quantity you want by using either the +/ – buttons or typing in the quantity.
· Click the Buy button and you will see the item has been added to your basket.
· If you want to add the product to your favourites, just click on the star so you can quickly find it next time
· When you have finished adding all your items to the basket, click the trolley at the top right of the screen where you can review your order.
· To proceed to the checkout, click the Checkout button at the bottom right of the screen
· Review each of the fields and move to the next one by clicking NEXT.
· If you want to add other items at this point, just click Continue Shopping at the top right of the screen. Then click Checkout and review.
· Having reviewed each line and clicked your acceptance of the terms and conditions, click Place Order
· Once the order is processed you can view the details by clicking the CLICK HERE TO VIEW DETAILS button at the top of the screen.
To access your profile, click Profile in the top right hand corner
You will find four options:
· The first is login details where you can change your log-in or password.
· The second is where you can update your contact details.
· The third is where you can check your order and payment history.
· The fourth is where you can update your preferences for eg. receiving emails.
