Courier Delivery

We aim to provide the following delivery times across New Zealand on standard items

Please note free delivery is only on standard items that can be delivered through the Aramex network. There will be additional charges for: Large & Bulky Items, Hazardous goods, some furniture, some technology and any custom ordered table-hover items.

Rural Delivery

Rural delivery is part of the free shipping offer however it is only on standard items. Any other items may get charged as oversized and with rural delivery charges. Rural delivery items may also take 3-5 business days depending on the location.

Orders under $70 + GST

These orders will be charged freight and handling of $6.00 + GST per order for any standard items. There will be additional charges if any of the items are oversized.

There may be additional charges for rural delivery and dangerous goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Kiwi Office on 0800 KIWIOFFICE or (09) 847 9015 within 24 hours of delivery, except for furniture which must be notified immediately.

Kiwi Office will arrange for replacement items to be sent out to you. We will organise for the courier to collect the parcel for investigation and then a claim for the damage can be issued.

Taking photos can greatly help us to identify if the damage was caused by a packing issue at our warehouse or in transit with our courier network. We would really appreciate the feedback to help us avoid anything like this happening again.

Damaged Goods in Manufacturers Box

If the Kiwi Office shipping box is intact but the product is damaged inside the manufactures box, it could have gone through our system and been difficult to detect. Please follow the same process of taking photos as best you can and keeping all the packing as you received it. This will help us greatly when we are working with the manufacturer.
