What happens if I have forgotten my login or password?

At the Log-in screen, click on the FORGOTTEN YOUR DETAILS? link. Enter the email address you used to register and we will send you an email to reset your password.

Where can I update my details or change my password?

Click the PROFILE tab at the top right of the home page. You can update your contact details, address and e-mail as well as reset your current password.

How do I find a product?

If you know the description or code of the product you are looking for, you can enter it in the search box at the top of the screen. Alternatively you can search for your product using the product menu on the left side of the home page.

How do I create an order?

Once you have found the product you want, enter the quantity and click BUY. This will add the product to your CART. After adding all the items you want, click CHECKOUT. From there you can place your order.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

If you click on the cart icon at the top right hand of your screen, you will see a summary of your order. Click on the X next to the product description to remove the item.

How do I add a frequently ordered item to my FAVOURITES list?

Click the ADD TO FAVOURITES option under the BUY button. You will also see a green star highlighted next to the product image which shows that item is saved as a favourite.

Can I save an order and add to it later?

When you are signed in all the items in your Cart will remain there until you Checkout. You can add/delete products at anytime- they won't disappear!

How do I cancel or amend a placed order?

How do I know my order has been received by Kiwi Office?

We send you an order confirmation email to your inbox when you submit an order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Bank Transfer, Visa and Mastercard.

How long will delivery of my order take?

North Island delivery will be the next business day if you place your order by 4pm. South Island delivery is 2-3 business days. We also offer an Urgent courier service, Please call our Customer Service Team on (09)847 9015.

What happens if I suspect my delivery is lost?

Once an order has been shipped, you can use TRACK & TRACE from the link we send you to monitor delivery progress. If your item does not arrive within two days for a standard product please call (09)847 9015 and our Customer Service Team will assist you.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Sometimes the courier company may split your delivery. Use TRACK & TRACE from the link we send you to monitor delivery progress of all your packages. If you can see your order has been split and you have received your order in the expected time please give us a call on (09)847 9015.
